Angels in the Kitchen
What is the Pastoral Care ministry?
Pastoral Care is the ways the clergy and congregation support people through the joys and challenges of life. It’s our church’s ministry of compassion, presence, and practical help. To arrange for any of the Pastoral Care services listed below, or to learn more, please contact Roger Coleman, Pastoral Care Coordinator.

PASTORAL CARE VISIT
We love to care for our parishioners. Do you know of anyone—homebound or otherwise—in need of a pastoral visit? Please let us know, we don’t want to miss anyone.

HOSPITAL VISIT
An important part of the church’s role in the community is to provide care in times of need. Our clergy visit local hospitals daily to visit church members in need of prayer, anointing, or a visit.

EUCHARIST
We who are many are one body because we all share one bread and one cup. Our volunteer team of Lay Eucharistic Visitors brings Holy Eucharist to those who are not able to come to St. Paul's for services.

PASTORAL COUNSELING
If you would prefer to meet with clergy, our rector is available to meet with you personally to provide pastoral support and encouragement. Please contact the office to schedule a clergy appointment.

ANGELS IN THE KITCHEN MEAL MINISTRY
The Pastoral Care Committee responds to parish needs by preparing meals for parishioners who are sick, homebound, hospitalized, grieving, or welcoming a new baby. Request an Angel Meal >

FUNERAL RECEPTIONS
The Pastoral Care Committee, upon request of the family, hosts funeral receptions in the Parish House.

RIDE MINISTRY
The Pastoral Care Committee will assist parishioners who occasionally need a ride to a local medical appointment or grocery shopping.
